How to use the Size Genetics penis stretcher device

Put your penis through the base ring, then push down the metal bars, put penis glans through the ring (with padded foam which is supplied - and I also wrap some cotton wool around for extra comfort) and then pull the latex bands closed to secure the penis in place.
